Over the past 35 years of serving the the tool and die industry, we have developed our polishing processes, sought out the best polishing materials, and trained our polishers to deliver quality to our customers.  The result is a reputation for unsurpassed, high quality finishes, and the ability to polish what others cannot due to complexity and difficulty.  

Our mold polishing capabilities have no limits as to any application or material, which is the result of our decades of experience and our staff.  Our polishers are able to produce everything from basic stone finishes to A-1 optical grade finishes, however, we are best known for our high quality diamond finishes.  Our polishers have produced these finishes not only on molds that are open and easy to access, but also on small detail molds, in slots, and in small cavities.  Our investment in our facility and equipment gives our polishers the ability to excel at their craft, and are the reasons we have a reputation for excellence in metal polishing and finishing.  

Our climate controlled facility was designed and equipped with customer satisfaction in mind.  While our workstations are equipped with the essential high quality polishing materials and ultrasonic polishers required to produce our high quality finishes, we also utilize custom built lathes and microscope technology as well.  Our lathes enable us to polish round components and maintain their spherical integrity while effectively polishing the molding area.  Our microscopes allow us to work on the smallest parts and mold components, and enable us to maintain the shape, edge integrity and the critical tolerances required by our customers.

As you will see below, we have added a new sandblasting cabinet and large tumbling unit to expand our capabilities, and better serve our customers.
